Having heard Mr. Lengare, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sawant, learned AGP for the State, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 3rd November, 2017, (a copy of which is annexed at page 18) in respect of Gat No.239 admeasuring 80 Ares at Village Digrajwadi, Tal. Shirur, District Pune, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open to be agitated before an appropriate authority. The respondent No.4 shall decide the petitioner's said proposal independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
