Without going into the merits of rival contentions, we direct the said Authority to decide the said representations as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with law, inasmuch as it is stated that the advertisement for filling up of the P G seats is likely to be issued in the first week of February, 2024. Writ Petition disposed of in the above terms. 11 January, 2024
