Learned APP does not press this application seeking cancellation of the Anticipatory Bail granted to the Respondent (Accused) - Tanzaib Malik Patel, in view of the decision of this Court dated 25th January, 2016, in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and Another in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1785 of 2014. He submitted that charge-sheet is filed as against the Respondent - Accused on 10th June, 2016, and that on 22nd September, 2016, charge was framed as against the Respondent - Accused.

Since this is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail, and since pending this application, charge-sheet was filed, nothing survives for consideration in this application. The application is accordingly disposed of.
