The cause title of the plaint indicates that, the plaintiff and the defendants are senior citizens. In view thereof, the learned Judge, City Civil Court Court, Mumbai, seized of S.C. Suit No. 260 of 2019 is hereby requested to expedite the hearing of the said Suit.

3] In view of dismissal of Appeal, the Interim Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
