Heard learned counsel for the applicants in the Civil Application. 2.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicants that the name of applicant no. 11 herein inadvertently could not appear in the title of the petition whereas her name ought to have been included as petitioner no. 11 in the title of the petition. It has been stated that the relevant documents in regard to this applicant were already filed with writ petition. It has also been stated that in the title of the petition, after petitioner no. 10, the description is in regard to petitioner no. 12 and the name of petitioner no. 11 does not find

Having considered the averments made in the application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the mistake appears to be typographical one. Accordingly subject to the depositing court fees in the writ petition, for this applicant, within one week from today, we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application is disposed of.
