DATED : FEBRUARY 11, 2016 ORAL ORDER [PER SMT. V.K.TAHILRAMANI, ACTING C.J.] : Heard both sides. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

The petitioner has preferred application for parole. The petitioner wanted to go to Chattisgarh during the period of parole. As the petitioner wanted to go to Chattisgarh, the concerned authorities sent his application for report to Chattisgarh Police. The Police at Chattisgarh did not submit the report for a long time, hence, the application of the

It is seen that various reminders were given to the police authorities at Chattisgarh for submitting report. Eventually, the police at Chattisgarh submitted report. The said report was adverse. After going through the said report, the application of the petitioner for parole came to be rejected. As far as rejection of parole is concerned, the petitioner has remedy of appeal. In view of the above, rule is discharged. Petition is disposed of.
