This is an application for condonation of delay in fling the frst appeal. It is contended that the Applicant was in search of the good legal assistance, therefore, she did not fle appeal within the time. The notice of this application was issued to the Respondents. The learned Counsel for R. V. Patil 1/2

1 CAF.88.2017.doc the Respondents has taken objection that the delay is not properly explained.

Considering the cause given in Paragraph No. 4 of the application, the said cause appears to be sufcient to condone the delay. Hence, this application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay in fling the frst appeal is condoned. Civil Application No. 88 of 2017 stands disposed of. 3.

Registry is directed to take appropriate steps and register the frst appeal and list it for hearing after four weeks. 4.

Stand over to 2nd December, 2021.
