Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is the appellant in the Family Court Appeal (FCA).

The applicant-wife has preferred FCA for challenging the decree passed by the Family Court in a petition filed by the respondenthusband. If the paragraph 14 read with clause 2 of the operative part of the decree is perused, it is crystal clear that the impugned decree is of judicial separation.

Prayer clause (a) is for stay of

cam4 execution of the said decree. Prayer clauses (b) and(c) are for interim relief pending this application.

As the appeal has been already admitted, the effect and operation of the impugned decree have to be stayed till the disposal of the appeal. Hence, we direct that till the final disposal of the appeal, effect and operation of the impugned decree shall remained stayed. Civil application is disposed of.
