P.C.:- The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions, submitted that, after the impugned Order dated 28th August, 2007 was passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur, the auction proceeding of the suit property has already taken place and possession letter has also been issued in favour of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6. In view thereof, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioner No.1, who is personally present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent Orders passed by the concerned 1/2
