1] This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety by further period of four weeks.

2] By an order dated 5th October 2015 this court while granting bail to the applicant has imposed a condition that the applicant shall, after release on provisional cash bail, furnish P.R.Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount within four weeks from the date of his release on cash bail.

3] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant has already furnished the documents pertaining to the surety to

YBG appln1044-15 be accepted by the trial court, due to the procedural delay the same has not yet been verified and accepted.

4] In view of the above, the period for furnishing the surety as directed by the order 5th October 2015 is hereby further extended by four weeks from today. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J)
