Heard. This Application is filed by wife under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of M.P.No.315/2016 filed by the Respondent husband for divorce before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baramati.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wife has also filed RCC No.638/2017 against the Respondent before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panvel. He submits that he has no objection if the said matter is transferred to the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Baramati.

6.301.18-mca.odt After arguing for some time, both the counsel submit that they have no objection if both the matters are heard in the court at Baramati. They filed minutes of order dated 04.07.2019 duly signed by them after taking instructions from their client. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

By consent of the parties, following order is passed:

a.

H.M.P.No.315/2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Panvel as well as R.C.C.No.638/2017 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panvel is transferred to the respective Courts at Baramati, as per the minutes of order.

b.

Misc. Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c.

All contentions of the parties are kept open.
