This is an application for intervention in CR No.446/2015 registered with Dahisar Police Station by the original complainant and the father of the deceased Vijay Yadav. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the application.

2) The applicant in ABA No.1820 of 2015 is directed to implead the applicants in Cri. Application No.1045/2015 as respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
