After the defective pleadings were pointed out to the petitioner's advocate Shri.Mendadkar, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action. He states that now independent petitions will be filed by petitioner Nos.1 and 2 in this petition. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
