DATED: 9th NOVEMBER, 2017 P.C.:- Petitioner places written instructions on record instructing him to withdraw the petition. The grievance of the petitioner was that the lands of the party respondents was not acquired though adjacent lands were acquired for the purpose of construction of canal under Asthi Upasa Sinchan Lift Irrigation Scheme. Since the lands of the respondents are also acquired on par with the land of other owners, the grievance of the petitioner seems to have been appeased, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
