3] By the order dated 4th January, 2017 we issued notice to the Respondents. The office report shows that the Respondents are served. Despite that none appears on their behalf. We have gone through the averments made in paragraph nos.3, 4 and 5 and find that sufficient explanation is given for the condonation of the same. 1/2
