(i) The impugned orders dated 04-10-2016 are set aside. (ii)The Petitioners shall pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the Respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from the date of this order in full and final settlement of his claim against the Petitioners. (iii)Upon receipt of the said amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, the Respondent No.1 shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the Petitioners. SSP 1/2
