While moving this anticipatory bail application, the attention of this court is invited to the order dtd. November 25, 2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1234 of 2016 moved by the present applicant in the same crime. Mr. Tiwari suggests that the change in the circumstance of which this court should take judicial note of is, there is no crime registered against the applicant pending investigation at Aurangabad or in any other police station in Maharashtra.

Dusane 2/2 aba2147.2016 What could be gathered from the order dtd. November 25, 2016 while rejecting the bail application of the present applicant, criminal antecedents was one of the several issue which were weighed before this court as could be gathered from the order of rejection.

So far as the merits of the matter are concerned, there are no subsequent developments. The application fails and as such rejected.
