On 8th March 2024, after arguing the matter for some time and as this Court was not inclined to grant the bail, Ms. Hasabnis sought time for taking instructions and therefore the matter was adjourned.

Today after taking instructions, Ms. Hasabnis seeks to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
