This is an application for relaxation of condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant by this Court by an Order dated 16.09.2014. By the said condition, the application is directed not to enter the Village Paigaon, Taluka Bhiwandi till completion of the trial. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, a similar condition was imposed upon the co-accused by an Order dated Aarti Palkar 1/2

28..APPP.1048.16.doc 04.04.2014 by the Trial Court, which has now been relaxed by an Order dated 04.08.2015. The said order is annexed to the present application. 3.

In view of the above and for the facts mentioned in the application, the said condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 16.09.2017 is hereby relaxed.

It is made clear that, the other conditions imposed upon the applicant are maintained.
