This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount with the registry as was directed by order dated 2.12.2015. By the said order the applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.3.00 lacs in the registry of this court within one week from 2.12.2015. 2) The leaned counsel for the applicant submits that though the amount was ready, but due to some unavoidable circumstances the said amount could not be deposited in the registry. He therefore, seeks one week's extension for deposit of the same. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application.

3) The time granted to the applicant to deposit the said amount of Rs.3.00 lacs in the registry of this court is hereby extended by a period of one week from today.
