The Petitioner seeking implementation of the order dated 21 January 2015 passed by the Respondent No.2 - Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, D Ward, Mumbai. We are informed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 Society that the said order has already been challenged by the Respondent No.4 Society by filing a Writ Petition No.6211 of 2018 which is due to come on Board of learned Single Judge. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. In the event, the Respondent No.4 Society is not able to obtain any protective orders from the learned Single Judge it is expected of the 1/2
