The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. In view of this, the learned counsel, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court in changed circumstances. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the application has not been heard on merits. (SMT.
