This application is moved for cancellation of Anticipatory bail, which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jaisingpur, by orders dated 15/09/2012 and 06/05/2013. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent/accused submits that charge-sheet is filed in this case and the respondent/accused is also granted regular bail by the Court. 3.

In view of this, the said order cannot be set aside. Hence this application is dismissed.
