Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the parties are furnishing fresh consent terms dated 21.2.2018 and submit that their earlier consent terms dated 8.2.2018, which were marked at Exhibit A, are to be cancelled. It is also submitted that the appeal be disposed of in terms of fresh consent terms. 2.

The consent terms dated 21.2.2018 are taken on record and marked 'Exhibit C' (PAN cards as Identity proof were marked at 'Exhibit B' earlier). The representatives of the appellants and the respondent are present and confirm the fresh consent terms
