Heard. Perused the impugned order. Learned Principal Judge of the Family Court fixed maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- p.m. The same is fixed taking into consideration the uncontroverted evidence of the wife. We are, therefore, not inclined to stay the impugned order. The civil application, accordingly, stands dismissed.

The interim order granted earlier stands vacated. 3.

The Registry is directed to place family court appeal Nos. 252 and 253 of 2014 for final hearing in the week commencing from 30th April, 2015.
