The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 28.01.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2.

In view of the same, the interim relief granted by an order dated 16.12.2015 is hereby confirmed.
