There is an innocuous prayer in the petition in as much as direction is sought to Respondent No. 2- Deputy Director of Education to decide proposal dated 30.12.2014 in respect of approval to the appointment of Petitioners.

We direct Respondent No. 2 to decide the pending proposal referred hereinabove, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible however, within 8 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the Respondent-Management.
