Learned Special Public Prosecutor, Ms.Kantharia, states that this is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the applicant, being Bail Application No.1674 of 2013 was dismissed by this Court (Coram: Smt.R.P.SondurBaldota,J.) vide order dated 18th November, 2013. Thereafter, the applicant filed a second bail application in this Court, which was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram: A.R.Joshi, J.) vide order dated 6th February, 2014 in Bail Application No.170 of 2014. She submitted that while rejecting the said application, this Court was pleased to expedite the trial of the applicant. She submitted that till date four witnesses have been examined in the said case and the next date in the Trial Court is 17th March, 2016. 2.

Since the trial has already commenced and four witnesses have been examined in the said case, the learned Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such.

In view of the aforesaid order passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2459 of 2015, the applications being Criminal Application Nos.110 and 241 of 2015, do not survive, and the same are also disposed of.

Registry to communicate the said order to the applicant, who is lodged in Sub-Jail, Daman, as well as to the learned Judge, who is seized of the said case.
