It is not in dispute that pursuant to the filing of the chargesheet and upon issuance of the process, the applicants subjected themselves to the jurisdiction of the Special Court. The regular application for bail was filed and they have been granted bail. In this view of the matter, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the present application has become infructuous and seeks leave to withdraw the application.
