This is an Application seeking transfer of Divorce proceedings filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court at Thane to the Family Court at Pune.

Although reply has been filed in the matter, when the matter is called out, Ms.Harshika Arunkumar, learned Counsel for the Respondent, submits that the Respondent has no objection if the Divorce proceedings are transferred from the Family Court at Thane to the Family Court at Pune.

In this view of the matter, the Application is made absolute in terms of Prayer clause (a), which reads thus : "a. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the Petition no.A-307 of 2022 pending before the Ld. Family Court, Thane, to Family Court, Pune."
