Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

After arrest on December 18, 2017 in Crime No. 703/2017 registered with Pimpri Police Station for offence punishable under sections 307, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act and under Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, applicant came to be charge-sheeted.

2 13.2967.18 ba.doc Apart from offence in question there is one more antecedent of 2008.

The fact remains that applicant is behind bars for more than one year and the antecedent is of 2008.

Considering the nature of injury and the fact that investigation in the matter is completed, in my opinion, applicant deserves to be released on bail.

(A) Applicant be released on bail in in Crime No. 703/2017 registered with Pimpri Police Station on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Pimpri Police Station till conclusion of trial. Application stands disposed of.
