2] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 2 December 2014 by which the Family Court has appointed a Commissioner and permitted production of copies of certificates and photographs of the Medals of Master Dhruv on record.

3] Having perused the impugned order, I am satisfied that the same is not vitiated by any jurisdictional error. Mere appointment of Commissioner, in the facts and circumstances adverted to in the impugned order, hardly, is sufficient warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Articles 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 1/2
