The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Revision filed by him against the orders dated 3rd August, 2015 passed by Respondent No. 3 and dated 28th June, 2016 passed by Respondent No. 2 are pending before the first Respondent. The Petitioner has placed on record the Revision Memo dated 4th August, 2016 (Exhibit "J"). A prayer has been made to direct the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to consider the Petitioner's Revision and decide it in accordance with law, as Vishal Parekar 1/2

50-wp-556-2018.doc expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the first Respondents.

The Petitioner to appear before the first Respondent along with the copy of Revision Memo (Exhibit "J") on 4th May, 2018 at 3.00 pm.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
