There is an order dated 23rd January, 2023 passed by this Court. A copy of order of reinstatement dated 11th January, 2021 passed by the Appellate Authority is tendered on record and marked as Annexure - X. Even after an acquittal on 15th March, 2011, the Respondent was required to approach the Labour Court and then Satish Sangar 1/2

10-IA-4201-2022.doc Industrial Court and finally came the order of reinstatement. The Respondent was held not entitled for pay for the period for which he has not done the work. Furthermore, he complains that as the Appeal is pending, he is not considered for promotion. 3.

In view of that, hearing of the Appeal is expedited. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
