By the present Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to delete the name of Respondent no. 3(c) as Respondent no. 3(c) has passed away and Respondent nos. 3(a) and 3(b), who are the heirs of deceased Respondent no. 3(c) are already on record.

The prayer (B) in the Civil Application is to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent no. 4. Respondent no. 4 i.e. Rajaram Kamaji Deokar passed away on 12th June 2018 and the Civil Application is taken out on 26th October 2018. Although Respondents are served, none appears for the Respondents. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c ). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days from today. Amended copy to be served on the Respondents, thereafter within a period of two weeks.
