Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 20th December 2017 by which the parties have resolved the matrimonial dispute in terms of the settlement as contended in Consent Terms. Both the parties are present in the Court and they are identified by their respective Advocates. They have consciously signed the Consent Terms and also on a query made by the Court, they state that they have understood the terms as agreed between them and only thereafter they have signed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. There is no dispute on signatures as appearing on the
901-wp 13504-17 Consent Terms. The Consent Terms dated 20th December 2017 are taken on record and marked "X for identification". 2.
The undertakings as given by the parties in the Consent Terms stand accepted.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. No costs.

The Family Court to act on the authenticated copy of this order and the authenticated copy of the Consent Terms to be provided by the office.
