The learned advocate for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. It is submitted that the applicant had preferred an application before the Principal Judge for seeking direction to assign both the cases to one Court. It is submitted that the applicant may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application before the Sessions Court after both the cases are assigned to one Court. In the circumstances, Criminal Bail Application No.2971 of 2018 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty to file fresh application for bail before Sessions Court.
