P.C. :
1.
This appeal is preferred against refusal of ad-interim relief by the trial Court, by the impugned order dated 30th November, 2015. It is submitted that the Notice of Motion is yet pending before the trial Court, as respondent Corporation has not filed reply therein. Learned counsel for respondent corporation undertakes to file reply within two weeks from today. In view of these facts, it would be proper if the Trial Court is directed to decide the Notice of Motion itself at the earliest. 3.
Till disposal of Notice of Motion ad-interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 18th December, 2015 is to continue. 4.
Trial Court to decide the Notice of Motion as expeditiously as 1/2 45 AOST 34256 OF 2015.doc
possible. Both parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 19th September, 2016.
