Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms as entered between the appellant and respondent no. 1 by which it is stated that the disputes between the parties, subject matter of the present appeal stand resolved in terms of what has been set out in the consent terms.

Briefly the consent terms are to the effect that the appellant has agreed to make a payment of Rs. 31,77,500 in tranches as set out in paragraph II and III of the consent terms. It is agreed between the parties that the award would accordingly stand satisfied on such payment being received by the respondent no. 1. 3.

Consent terms are signed by the appellant and by respondent no. 1, and their respective advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures on the consent terms, signatories to the consent terms are also present in the Court. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. They undertakings, if any, stand accepted.
