By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent State (Kamote Police Station) to file a chargesheet, in C.R.No.226 of 2015.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that having completed the investigation in the said C.R., chargesheet has already been filed before J.M.F.C.Court, at Panvel. Statement is accepted. 4.

In view of above statement, the grievance raised by the petitioner no more survives for consideration. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
