Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant states that a copy of the civil application has been served upon the respondents. He further states that the applicant could not remain present before this court on 18th August,2017 for the reasons recorded in the civil application. The applicant has also explained the delay in the civil application in filing civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Civil Application No.1506 of 2016 is restored to file. No order as to costs.
