This is an application for setting aside the order of abatement qua respondent No.4 as also bringing her L.Rs. on record.

By order dated 23.11.2016, notice was issued to the proposed respondents (L.Rs. of respondent No.4). Office remark dated 4.6.2019 shows that the proposed respondents No.1 & 2 (L.Rs. of respondent No.4) are duly served. However, none appears on their behalf. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main application shall be carried out within 14 days. Civil Application is disposed of. Order accordingly.
