Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, learned Counsel for the complainant and the learned APP for State. The applicant herein was granted bail in Criminal Bail Application No. 570 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No. 339 of 2017 on 8/9/2017 and the applicant was directed to furnish sureties within Talwalkar 1/2
916.appa1632.17 one month and he was released on cash security for an amount of Rs. 15,000/-.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in fact, the applicant has furnished sureties however, verification has taken a long time and therefore, the application is filed at a belated stage. In view of this, time for furnishing sureties is extended by two weeks i.e. the applicant shall furnish sureties on or before 23/1/2018. The application is disposed of accordingly.
