This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 in CR No.I-171/2013 registered with Shahapur Police Station, District Thane by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 837/2013 by its order dated 30.10.2013.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the police have submitted chargesheet and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present application.
