P.C.

1] The petitioner and respondent No.2, the childhood friends, are before this Court for quashing of F.I.R., which has led to fling of charge-sheet under sections 324, 504, 34 of IPC.

2] Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of F.I.R. in view of memorandum of understanding arrived at between them. Parties do not have any criminal past antecedents. 3] In this situation, accepting joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause "a.". The consequent criminal case is also therefore, quashed and set aside. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) Dinesh Sherla 1/1
