An interim protection has already been granted in favour of the applicant by the order dated December 8, 2022 and the applicant was directed to co-operate. Accordingly, the applicant has reported. The Investigating Officer has reported to learned APP that the role of the applicant is not disclosed during the enquiry in the present crime. In this view of the matter, the interim protection granted earlier deserves to be confirmed. Hence the following order.

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest in connection with First Information Report (FIR) No.0405/2022 registered with Khadakpada Police Station, applicant-Yogesh Jalandra shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall report to the Investigating OfÏcer of the concerned police station as and when called for. The applicant to co-operate with the investigation.

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police OfÏcer and shall not tamper with evidence.

(d) The applicant shall furnish the details of his residential address and phone numbers to the Investigating Officer.
