The Respondent found the Petitioner ineligible because of not possessing requisite qualifications. A list of eligible and non eligible candidates was published on 22 September 2017 wherein 1/2

The persons who might have been selected in completion of this recruitment process are not made parties. At this stage, it is not possible to set aside the list of eligible candidates. No relief can be granted to the Petitioner. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
