By order dated 25 April 2022, Writ Petition No. 6478 of 2021 was disposed of by directing the Management to submit a proposal and Respondent No. 3 to consider the same in accordance with law and if the Petitioner was entitled to relief to pay the amount. Therefore, the adjudication was to be done by Respondent No. 3. By filing the reply, the concerned officer has placed on record that the decision is taken and it is adverse to the Petitioner. It is open to the Petitioner to challenge said decision which still the Petitioner has not done even though the reply is of dated 5 April 2023. We decline to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction.
