This is an application for modification of Clause No.2 of the Order dated 4th August 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.1530 of 2016.

Heard both sides. Perused the Order dated 4th August 2017 releasing the applicant/accused on bail. The conviction is for the offence punishable under Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code and the sentence is for four years. It is reported that the applicant has already undergone half of the sentence so imposed and he could not secured his release because the surety furnished Gaikwad RD 1/2

(15)APPANo.16342017 is accepted by the learned trial Court to the tune of Rs.15,000/ only. In this view of the matter, the following Order : (i) Condition No.2 of the Order dated 4th August 2017 in Criminal Application No.1530 of 2016 is modified by reducing the amount of surety to 15,000/-.
