The relief sought by way of prayer clause (a) is to quash and set aside the Bonds taken by the Respondent No.2 on 08/11/2017 pursuant to the order dated 18/07/2016. It seems that the Petitioners had earlier filed Writ Petition No.2886 of 2017. The said Writ Petition had come up before the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Ranjit More & Dr. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, JJ.) on 13/11/2017 on which day, on account of the fact that the said order dated 18/07/2016 was already complied with, the said Writ Petition was withdrawn by the URS

2 WP 4967-17.doc-40 learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners appearing in the present petition Ms. Sunita Poddar submitted that a correction is required to be carried out in the said order as the number and year of the Writ Petition are not correctly mentioned.

Be that as it may, having regard to the relief sought vide prayer clause (a), we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our writ jurisdiction for quashing the Bonds. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
